Empowering Girls Through Support
Proteamsa is dedicated to restoring the dignity of people in our community. The organization focuses on a critical issue affecting young African girls in townships. Girls living in poverty can miss up to one-fifth of their educational journey due to the shame associated with their periods. Proteamsa’s mission is to support these young women, ensuring that no girl has to miss school because of her menstrual cycle. Contributions make a huge difference in this effort.
Methodist Church Soup kitchen
Proteamsa’s work extends beyond this crucial mission. The organization supports the less fortunate in the community in multiple ways. We operate soup kitchens to reduce hunger, playing a vital role in restoring community dignity.
Warm Winters
During the cold winter months, Proteamsa provides blankets to help the less fortunate stay warm.
Isidima Housing Project
Recognizing that township communities need safe housing, ProteamSA has partnered with a Project Management organization which is Isidima Housing for home reconstruction in Langa
